Director of the Altai Branch of RANEPA

Igor Anatolyevich Panarin, born March 26, 1968 in Barnaul.

In 1992 he graduated from Altai State University, the Faculty of History.

He was appointed Director of the Altai Branch of SAPA by order of SAPA (February 05, 2001). By order of Rector of RANEPA (November 16, 2011), he was appointed Director of the Altai Branch of RANEPA.

The decision of the Higher Attestation Commission of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation dated 26.11.2010 №42-D/75 awarded him the degree of Doctor of Psychology. By the decision of the Presidium he was elected an academician of the Academy of Imageology.

He gives lecture courses on “Social Psychology” and “History of Psychology” and “Methodological foundations of psychology”. He has authored over 60 publications, including 3 monographs.

Since 2002 he has been Chairman of the Academic Council of the Altai Branch of RANEPA. Since 2004 – editor-in-chief of the annual publication “Scientific Notes”, issued by the Altai Branch. Since 2008 – member of the editorial board of the information-analytical newspaper “Altai Gazette of State and Municipal Services”.

He holds Certificate of Merit awarded by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation (order №1648/k-n of December 08, 2009​). He is a member of the Commission on the formation and training of the managerial personnel reserve of Altai Krai.
